An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted.  If youhave any questions or concerns when placing an order, wish to enquire about a previously placed order, or have not received an email confirmation please contact NYX Cosmetics Canada at info@nyxcosmetics.ca.

Your “Shopping Bag”

Click on "Shopping Bag" to display your list of the items selected for purchase, quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.  Please note that your order total will be calculated after you enter your ‘ship to’ province, as shipping and taxes are based on this location.

 
Selecting Colour Online

Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings and which web browsers are used.  If you have questions regarding specific colours, please feel free to email us at info@nyxcosmetics.ca with any questions you may have.  We'll be happy to provide you with any additional description that is available.

 
Item Availability

From time to time an item you may select may be temporarily out of stock at the time of your order.  If one or more items are temporarily out of stock you will be notified via email by our customer service team and given a couple of options as to what you would like to do, i.e. hold the order until the out of stock items come in, ship the order without the missing items.

Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding out of stock items, please contact us via email at info@nyxcosmetics.ca and we will be happy to help you.

 

Cancellations
Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

 

- The majority of the item(s) are not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided, address outside of Canada, address not correct                                                                                                      - The billing and ship to name did not match the credit card information
- A duplicate order was placed

- The customer has requested cancellation
 

If your order is cancelled, you will not be billed for any of the cancelled items.  You will also receive an email notification explaining the reason for cancellation. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us at info@nyxcosmetics.ca.  In most cases we will hold the merchandise aside for you for 5 business days in order to correspond with you to clear up the matter.

Sales Taxes
We are required by law to collect federal (GST, HST) and provincial sales tax (PST,QST,HST) on orders sold and shipped within Canada. Sales taxes are assessed on total purchases, excluding shipping charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please let us know.

 

 

Order & Shipping Inquiries

If you have any questions regarding your order, including its status, you may contact our offices via email at info@nyxcosmetics.ca for more information. Please refer to your order number whenever contacting NYX Customer Service.

 

NYX Cosmetics Canada uses Canada Post Expresspost services to ship.  These services usually take 1 to 3 days and normally require a signature for delivery.  Due to time and technological delays your tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped. 

 

*Please note that if you would like the order shipped to your place of work, please provide the company name along with your name on the shipping information.  Canada Post will sometimes not deliver packages to buildings without the company name on them.

 

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipping.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

 
The total processing time of your order including shipping will on average be 5 to 8 business days if the product is in our inventory.

Occasionally we receive inquiries regarding why our pricing in Canada is higher compared to the US.  NYX Cosmetics prices for Canada are higher for a few reasons:
