Not only does it get all that waterproof residue off, but I find it very effective to use as a brush cleaner - especially for those stubborn waterproof eye liner stained brushes! I'm just disappointed that it's always SOLD OUT on the website when I'm ready to restock!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very effective eye make-up remover This eye make-up remover is very similar to Lancôme's remover at a fraction of the price. I'm working on my 3rd bottle and will continue using it. Most removers sting my eyes, but not this one. NYX- please don't raise the price because of good reviews! Thanks for a great product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WORKS BEST ON NON-WATER PROOF MAKEUP... I purchased this a couple of months ago. It does an okay job on removing makeup but it doesn't do a great job on removing waterproof makeup. As a matter of fact, waterproof makeup hardly budges with this remover and it takes a good amount of the remover to make a difference. I think it works about the same as baby oil. Also, it does burn my eyes a little.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The absolute best This remover is absolutely insane. It removes so much stubborn makeup with just the tiniest amount. Soak a cotton pad with a little of this then press to the eye for a few seconds before wiping off , and it removes every trace of makeup. This takes off my super stubborn liquid lipsticks with no effort. I also use this on a q tip to clean up mascara smudges and any other kind of mistake. Although as it is meant to disturb makeup, I would not suggest using it to fix a lip line unless you powder the area immediately after as it will obviously cause colour bleed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective and Gentle for a Reasonable Price This was the first NYX product I ever purchased. I was used to buying the high priced big name products at the department store. Those products were effective, but over priced. When I purchased similar products at my drugstore, I got a remover affording me a more reasonable price, but one lacking efficacy. NYX's mascara remover gives you the advantages of reasonable cost without sacrificing quality or excellent performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome This is like a fairy godmother in a bottle, like it takes 90% of whatever you want to wipe in the first swipe; and doesn't leave your skin or lip dry, it has that velvety (not oily, lovely velvet) feel after. You have got to try this, I'm in love with this product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's so much better than some I bought this a few weeks ago and tried it that day. I will never buy anything else as long as NYX keeps making this. It's very gentle on my sensitive skin and doesn't make my eyes burn or make them blurry. It's so much better than baby oil and other expensive or cheap waterproof make up removers I have used in the past. It takes off mascara quickly and I didn't pull out any lashes trying to get it off. It removes eyeshadow and primer in one or two swipes depending on how dark the eyeshadow is.
