Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Color, Not-so-Great Packaging I bought Firestorm and Jolt. Jolt completely broke upon opening and the lipstick remained in the cap...bummer! Firestorm was smashed to the lid just enough to ruin the fancy edge that is supposed to be a feature of this product, but it stayed in tact. Jolt's color seems similar to NYX's matte lipstick in Indie Flick. The color isn't too unique, and the formula was a bit patchy. On the other hand, Firestorm is eye-catching and beautiful and matte as can be! Maybe it's that hint of magenta, but I really liked the color, and the formula was smooth too! Be verrrrry careful opening the cap if you buy this product. I would buy one and give it a try for sure!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Lipstick....until it breaks 3 uses later I bought this last month and used the lipstick a max of 3 times (beautiful! great color and transfer-proof as it claims) before it completely broke. I had it stored in my vanity with my other lipsticks and went to open it...only to have it fall out of the container. I had never clicked the lipstick up all the way or handled it roughly, nor did I expose it to extreme heat or cold. I think the stick is too thin, causing it to be very fragile. Ladies, be careful with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Matte I Can Get Behind I bought this lipstick in Up The Base, and wore it for a vocal performance, and then for prom. The precise edges made application super easy, and it only took one swipe for the full color to be applied, the pigmentation is AMAZING. I don't like a lot of matte lipsticks because they dry out my lips, but this stayed on comfortably for HOURS. Even when I felt my lips needing some chapstick (I am addicted to chapstick, mind you) the color was still perfect and there was no smudging. It is almost completely transfer-proof also. I am an actress, and this formula will be perfect for performances. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So the small powder puffs are a perfect barrier for resting your hand on a cheek for precision but also preventing skin on skin interaction. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good color poor packaging I bought this in the color lethal kiss. Color wise it is wonderful, but it was smashed to the lid just enough that the edge was useless. It was also very mushy because of this. Otherwise it is still usable. I thought about sending it back because the whole reason I got this particular one was for the interesting top. That is why 3 stars. It has good color but I think they needed to rethink the packaging because this seems to be a common problem

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wonderful Colors!! I recently bought Night Crawler and Loaded and I am absolutely in love with these colors. They are so moisturizing and very pigmented which is a huge plus! However it broke off I have no idea how with the tube close :((
