Returns & Refunds Purchases


With our Guarantee, you can return any of our products within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period if you're not completely satisfied. This Guarantee only applies to products purchased on Sale items are not eligible for return. ­­
Return by mail (see steps below) 

We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Canada Post and that you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We apologize, however we do not provide shipping labels and return shipping fees are not refunded. ­­
NOTE that If you are not completely satisfied with the color of your foundation we will be happy to accept a return of an open foundation within 7 days of delivery.

To return an order to the shipper, please send the product (s) in question by Canada Post with the accelerated parcel service, with signature, to the following address: L’Oréal Canada – Département des retours 3500 rue Douglas-B.-Floreani, Door 31-32 Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 2B9


If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-844-699-6991. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.


For bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return.

Other Purchases

We only process returns and refunds for products purchased online at Items purchased from any other store/website cannot be returned or exchanged by us. You must contact the original retailer to process your request.
